Tapas Lunch & Spanish Olive Oil Tasting At Casa Mono ![]() Spain is the leading producer of olive oil in the world, and the inspiration for some of the most delicious ways to use it. Come enjoy a tasting of extra virgin olive oils (courtesy of Olive Oil from Spain, www.oliveoilfromspain.com ), accompanied by a celebration of the publication of 1080 Recipes (the brand new English translation of Spain's bestselling cookbook and bible of authentic Spanish cooking) -- with a luncheon at Mario Batali's Casa Mono. We'll learn about (and taste) a variety of delicious Spanish olive oils while enjoying a sampling of tapas, then sit down to a meal prepared by Chef Andy Nusser, featuring dishes that Chef Nusser contributed to the cookbook.
