Tapas Lunch & Spanish Olive Oil Tasting At Casa Mono

Olive Tree

Spain is the leading producer of olive oil in the world, and the inspiration for some of the most delicious ways to use it. Come enjoy a tasting of extra virgin olive oils (courtesy of Olive Oil from Spain, www.oliveoilfromspain.com ), accompanied by a celebration of the publication of 1080 Recipes (the brand new English translation of Spain's bestselling cookbook and bible of authentic Spanish cooking) -- with a luncheon at Mario Batali's Casa Mono.

We'll learn about (and taste) a variety of delicious Spanish olive oils while enjoying a sampling of tapas, then sit down to a meal prepared by Chef Andy Nusser, featuring dishes that Chef Nusser contributed to the cookbook.
