Wine and cheese will be served.

Five NYWCA members will have the opportunity to meet and discuss restaurant business planning and operation with:

Rita Jammet, owner of La Caravelle
Claudia Green, Director of Hospitality and Tourism Management at Pace University
Heather Carlucci-Rodriguez, chef/owner of Lassi

This intimate opportunity, led by award-winning women from different areas of the restaurant world, is available to NYWCA members with serious intentions of opening their own establishments.

Members wishing to participate should email Liz Young (Liz@LizYoungTours.com) no later than Monday, January 28. Five participants will be drawn by lottery from the pool of timely responders.

Please note:
Participants should be seriously interested in opening a restaurant.

Cancellations are required no fewer than 4 days before the event in order to allow for another member to fill the space and guarantee reimbursement. If the program is cancelled by the NYWCA, your full fee will be reimbursed.
