Michele Buster of Forever Cheese, importer of unique cheeses and specialty foods from Italy, Spain and Portugal will feature a selection of artisan cheeses as well as accompaniments. A veteran of 15 years, Michele never loses passion for sourcing and bringing to the U.S. an unparalleled array of specialties.

These gourmet delectables will be complemented by boutique wines from Spain provided by Chris Campbell of C & P Wines. Enjoy this all in the convenient and comfortable classroom setting at Murray's Cheese in Greenwich Village.
