Dinner At Chop Suey

On Monday, May 12th, sample Korean-Asian inspired dishes at the Renaissance Hotel's new restaurant Chop Suey while you feast on the sights that so many New Yorkers take for granted: the neon lights of Times Square.

The menu, which was created by Chef Zak Pelaccio of Fatty Crab, offers non-traditional dishes with traditional Korean-Asian flavors. The dessert menu was created by Will Goldfarb. Anthony Paris is the Executive Chef. The view is courtesy of Broadway!
