Discover The Excitement Of Brazilian Cuisine

On Thursday, June 12th, join native Chef Leticia Schwartz at the FCI as she demonstrates some of her favorite home recipes from Brazil.

A graduate from FCI with degrees in Culinary and Pastry Arts, Chef Leticia has worked at the kitchens of Le Cirque 2000, La Grenouille, La Caravelle and Payard Patisserie & Bistro. After 10 years of working as a professional chef and pastry chef, Leticia is now working on her first cookbook about Brazilian Cuisine.

Come enjoy a demonstration of some of her favorite recipes: Pao de Queijo (Baked Cheese Balls), Cod with Onions, Eggs and Crunchy Potatoes and Toucinho do Ceu (Portuguese Style Almond Cake) that will be featured in the book!
