Explore The Green Revolution In Winemaking- CANCELED

Across the world, industries are unifying in their involvement in the Green Revolution. What does this mean in winemaking? What is "green" all about? How do "green" growing and production methods differ from conventional winemaking methods?

On Monday, February 2nd, Wine Expert Sharon McCarthy will lead a tasting and discussion of wines from three levels of Green wine production: Green (Sustainable agriculture), Greener (Organic), and Greenest (Biodynamic). Join fellow culinary alliance members in exploring Californian, Chilean, French and Italian wines from each category. Local sustainable fare from The Cleaver Company will be served.

Purchase tickets at at http://www.brownpapertickets.com/event/53073 or contact the program host Kate Morgan at 516 686 2542 or KMorgan@Banfi.com to pay by check.
