Chinatown Restaurant Walking Tour And Dim Sum Lunch At Chinatown Brasserie

We'll begin the day with MOCA's "From Coffeehouses to Banquet Halls" walking tour. From the MOCA Web site: "Through present-day and historical food-related sites, the tour will trace the evolution of Chinese American eateries and food ways in Chinatown, and highlight the ways in which these eateries have both reflected and shaped this community."

After the walking tour, we'll enjoy hot tea and a bounteous lunch at the heralded and gorgeous Chinatown Brasserie -- recognized by New York Magazine as one of the best spots for dim sum in the city.

Purchase tickets at http://www.brownpapertickets.com/event/58290 or contact Dina Cheney, the program host, at 203-629-1831 or dina@dinacheney.com, to pay by check. Make checks payable to NYWCA. Please include the name of the program, your name, and phone number.
