Experience Greek Food & Culture At Nisi Estiatorio

Take a trip to the Mediterranean with Chef John Piliouras of the Greek restaurant Nisi Estiatorio in Englewood, NJ (formerly of Molyvos, NYC). Chef Piliouras will discuss and prepare Mezedes or small plates of various culinary delights reflecting those traditionally served during the Eastern Orthodox Lenten season. We will sample the chef’s signature Ouzo Cured Salmon, Octopodi Skharas (Grilled octopus with onion tomato and fennel) and Karidopita (Olive oil walnut cake) just to name a few.

So come and join us for a relaxing informative evening of Greek food and culture at Nisi Estiatorio. We will kick off our Mediterranean evening with a luscious pomegranate libation courtesy of Laura Baddish and The Baddish Group. If you would like to join our tasting tour of Greece please reserve your seat now.
