Explore The Green Revolution In Winemaking

Across the world, industries are unifying in their involvement in the Green Revolution. What does this mean in winemaking? What is "green" all about? How do "green" growing and production methods differ from conventional winemaking methods? On Monday, May 4th, Wine Expert Sharon McCarthy will lead a tasting and discussion of wines from three levels of Green wine production: Green (Sustainable agriculture), Greener (Organic), and Greenest (Biodynamic). Join fellow culinary alliance members in exploring Californian, Chilean, French and Italian wines from each category. Local sustainable fare from The Cleaver Company will be served.

This is a remarkable value ($35!!) for a wine event that you will not get anywhere else!!!
