The Garden Of France, A Loire Valley Inspired Hands-on Cooking Class Join ICE Chef Instructor Kathryn Gordon for a hands-on cooking class focusing on dishes from the western Anjou area of the Loire Valley, known as "the garden of France." Chef Kathryn visits annually to work with a variety of Michelin restaurant chefs, Le Notre trained pastry chefs, and artisan bread bakers—whose recipes she will share in this class. Stephanie Teuwen of Teuwen One PR will give a presentation about the region's wines, which attendees will sample. The menu for this enjoyable evening will be:
