It can also be tricky to pick the right sake for the foods you are eating. At this event, you will understand more about sake; how it is made, how each variety is different, and how you pair it with food. Also, you will taste Japanese dishes prepared with ingredients found only in Japan and those that can be readily found here to experience the true flavor of Japan.
