Sake And Otsumami: Japanese Appetizers Paired With Japanese Premium Sake

Japanese cuisine is very popular now and many people have tasted it at least once. However, it is not easy to know whether the food you ate was authentic. It can also be tricky to pick the right sake for the foods you are eating. At this event, you will understand more about sake; how it is made, how each variety is different, and how you pair it with food. Also, you will taste Japanese dishes prepared with ingredients found only in Japan and those that can be readily found here to experience the true flavor of Japan.
