Hands-On Cooking Class At The Ger-Nis Culinary & Herb Center: The Summer Herbal Kitchen

In the first of a 4-class series representing each season, fresh herb expert and NYWCA member Nissa Pierson will conduct a hands-on cooking class. She'll be covering summer's most prolific herbs including basil, rosemary, cilantro, lemon thyme marjoram, mint, and lavender.

Members and guests will prepare and enjoy the following:

Strawberry Mint Fizz (non alcoholic)
Rosemary Gin Tonics
Lavender Lemon Drop
Cilantro-Lime Honeydew Prosciutto Bites
Orzo Marjoram Pasta Salad
Zucchini Basil Gratin
Grilled Chicken with Lemon Thyme-Asiago Pesto
Roasted Stone Fruit with Herbed Meringue
